Getting Started with Agentforce:

Agentforce enhances efficiency with its Test Center, addressing the limitations of Agent Builder, which only allows one interaction to be tested at a time. Now, with batch testing via CSV uploads, you can:

Submit up to 10 batches within a 10-hour window

Test as many as 200 cases per batch

The results provide a breakdown of topics, actions, and responses—helping determine if outcomes align with expectations.

Agentforce & Data Cloud

With Agentforce, the Data Library improves AI-driven responses by leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). This feature allows you to store and index essential documents such as manuals, pricing lists, and whitepapers for more precise outputs.

Key Capabilities:

The Retriever indexes and fetches data efficiently.

The Retriever integrates with prompt templates for contextual responses.

Users can configure searches, output fields, and limits using the Prompt Builder side panel.

Important Note:

A Data Library cannot store both knowledge articles and file uploads at the same time.

Agentforce & Service Cloud

Einstein Article Recommendations: Uses AI to suggest relevant knowledge articles based on past cases (requires at least 3 articles and 1,000+ closed cases).

Einstein Service Replies: Auto-generates AI-powered draft responses for live chat and email, streamlining agent workflows.
